2 year old funding

Funded childcare places start the term after your child’s second birthday. You are able to claim up to 15 hours of early education over 38 weeks of the year for 2 year olds (570 hours per year). Find out more here - https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/

3 & 4 year old funding

The Government provides funding for all children starting from the term after your child turns 3. You are able to claim 15 hours per week (up to 570 hours per year) over 38 weeks. This funding can be used with one or more providers.

Coming soon

From September 2024 - up to 15 hours for eligible working families in England with a child between 9 and 23 months old (eligible the term after your child is 9 months old). Find out more here - https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/

Tax free childcare

Tax free childcare is available for working families, including the self employed, in the UK, earning under £100K and an average of £183 per week. For every £8 you pay into an online account, the Government will add an extra £2, up to £2000 per child per year. See more here - https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/
